Turner Sites in Mannheim

Whenever there is a Turnfest in town, it seems like everywhere you look there is something to do with the Turnfest going on.  From the point you arrive, to when you leave, the city is filled with Turners of all ages.  Some are just walking around, some are performing and some are involved in organized events.  The Opening Day Parade passed right beneath our hotel window and we were very close to the main square where most of the show type things were happening.  Mannheim's famous water tower became transformed as we watched and the show went on past midnight.
